Job Description Whitehill Pelham are recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to join a growing international technology company in Cambridge.

The small facilities team manage the hard and soft services for all premises in Europe, as facilities coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the business receive an excellent service from the FM team and be responsible for managing contractor relationships, scheduling work (planned and reactive) as well as managing projects such as office moves and fit out. You will also manage a team of two in the small shipping department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing people and contracts for both hard and soft services and be passionate about delivering a high quality FM service. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience of using CAD along with some health and safety training (NEBOSH) would be beneficial but not essential for the role.
