Job Description Our client is a global manufacturing business is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager. Working closely with the management team you will be responsible for creating the vision and roadmap of LEAN deployment for the site. You will lead a small team of dedicated operations continuous improvement professionals, developing knowledge of LEAN principles within the operation team and delivering consistent sustainable improvement activities across the site through Project Management, Training, Coordination, Coaching & Internal Consultancy.

The role will involve:
· Providing Coaching to Management Team Members and Leaders on Continuous Improvement deployment, best practices and achievements.
· Provide Support to Management Team Members and Leaders in the delivery of results.
· Develop relationships, publicise and communicates success the across the Site and beyond.
· Oversees the implementation of new systems and processes.

You will have the following experience:
· Possesses a strong working knowledge of Lean including the underlying theories and concepts of deployment.
· Ability to identify opportunity for performance improvement.
· Knowledge & understanding of environmental, safety and quality regulations.
· Conducts and presents analysis of LEAN deployment across site.
· Experience of deploying a change program through coaching and mentoring.
· Excellent communication skills required to lead and motivate large employee population across multiple job disciplines.
· Proven communication skills, able to articulate and adapt communication style for all levels through the organisation
· Influencing skills imperative to inspire and motivate team when managing change, influence behaviour & driving strategic direction across site.
· Excellent networking skills to collaborate with and share best practice across ECT and divisions for efficient production
· Six Sigma experience (GB or BB) preferable.

The role is full time based in our client’s Royston office. A generous remuneration package including a salary of £41,500 to £47,000 (determined by experience) + benefits.
