Job Description Whitehill Pelham are recruiting for a HR and Office Manager for a successful global technology business based in South Cambridge.

The HR and Office Manager will support the quick growth which our client is currently undertaking by helping to advise and action HR related issues and motivate the team around the world.

This role will cover various aspects of HR, office administration and operation to include:
- Recruitment
- Employment Law
- Employment Contracts
- Performance Management
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Health and Safety
- Change Management
- Travel and Staff Management

Supporting the CEO, the ideal HR and Office Manager will have strong HR experience with knowledge of global HR and working with legal teams across different countries an advantage. With the ability to work under pressure and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the successful HR and Office Manager will also have proven experience of effectively managing people and bringing issues to a resolution.
