how do we work with employers?
Every time we are engaged to help with a role, we firstly undertake a thorough evaluation of key skills/qualities for the role and seek to understand the future of the role, followed by the below steps:
role establishment

Using the emergenetics selection program (esp) we establish what the key motivators and aptitudes are for the role.

comprehensive candidate summaries

When recommending candidates to employers we provide a talent summary, CV and a one-page summary of the esp assessment.

fully briefed applicants

Applications you receive will have been thoroughly briefed and been through a comprehensive approach.

all followed by well timed feedback

We ensure feedback to the candidates is done in good time and is constructive to help them be successful in the future.
